The York Pavilion Hotel is independent, family owned and run. Located on the outskirts of the beautiful City of York within lovely gardens and grounds. Part of the Best Western Sure Collection, the hotel is a wonderful Grade II listed Georgian country house. It enjoys a wealth of history and is naturally brimming with character and combines a long tradition of hospitality. We are situated just 1 mile from the City of York, where you can venture to from the hotel with a gentle half hour walk along the riverbank. Or if you prefer, you can take the bus which stops directly outside the hotel and will transport you to the heart of the City.
The York Pavilion Hotel offers complimentary free parking for up to 60 vehicles, as well as an electric car charging point. With easy access to the motorway network, this haven provides the ideal base from which to explore both the historic City and the surrounding countryside.
