Ideally situated between the A1237 and the A64.You can either relax on site, fishing, sun bathing, or you can venture the short distance to any of the local complexes such as Monks Cross shopping Centre. To visit the historic City of York you can drive the short distance (10 minutes), or use the nearby Park & Ride that will take you right into the centre.

This beautiful historical city offers attractions and sights for everyone. You can walk all the way around the city wall, taking in all the history as you go, or you can visit all the family attractions in the centre, with a popular market place for shopping.

Site fully accessible for disabled guests. Luxury shower blocks with under floor heating.
Supervised, well behaved children welcome - we request that children do not play ball games around the caravans.
Pet friendly with separate dog walking areas. Well stocked fishing lake with 25 pegs.

Road Directions

From the North or South on the A1From the NORTH - Take the A59 junction to York. At the A1237 roundabout turn left onto the ring road, towards 'Clifton Moor'. Follow the ring road to the 7th roundabout (Monks Cross), turn LEFT into 'North Lane'. We are a little way down on the right.From the SOUTH - Take the A64 junction to 'York/Scarborough'. At the end of the A64 dual carriageway, take the left lane at the roundabout for York. Immediately take the next right at the first roundabout, onto the A1237 ring road. After a few hundred yards, at the first roundabout (Monks Cross), turn right onto 'North Lane'. We are a little way down on the right.From the North on the A19" Travel South to Thirsk. Take the YORK (York/Scarborough) slip road, staying on the A19." Continue on the A19 past 'Easingwold' and 'Cross Lanes' to 'SHIPTON' (Aprox 20 mins)." Continue through 'Shipton' for about 2 miles to the main roundabout of the ring road (A1237). Turn LEFT towards 'Clifton Moor'." Follow the ring road to the 5th roundabout (Monks Cross), turn LEFT into 'North Lane'." We are a little way down on the right.
