The accommodation offers a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with Orangery roof opening out into the garden. The open plan area has a large oak table, sofas and 40 inch TV and Sonos Music system.

The property also offers additional sitting room with 50inch TV and Corner sofa. Wifi is available throughout the property and SKY on all TV’s. The Enclosed rear garden is perfect for a Summer evening relaxing. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 Ensuite).

Leaving the A64 on the A1237 towards York for approx. 11 miles (15Min) you will go through 3 roundabouts on the 4th roundabout you will need to take the 3rd exit and take first right. Then follow Millfield Lane to the property.
