About

The house is an end terrace on a lovely row of Victorian properties.  On entering the home a cosy hallway leads you into a spacious living room with comfy sofas and a large TV to the rear of this area is a large dining room for work as well as eating and a retro games machine so you can have a game of Space Invaders among many others!  The patio doors at the back of the room lead to decked patio area with lovely garden furniture as well as space for a car secured by remote controlled electric gates.  The large kitchen has a range style cooker, sink and dishwasher as well as the usual array of utensils.  The kitchen also has a utility area with washing machine.  One of the four double bedrooms is on the ground floor – a classy room close to a ground floor toilet with wash basin.

The first floor has a recently refurbished bathroom with a new shower, towel rail  and wash basin along with a roll topped bath and toilet sat on new anti-slip vinyl flooring.  Bedroom 2 has a 4-poster bed and a great view over Hob Moor.  Next is room 3, an en-suite room with private toilet and another new shower.  Finally, is a spacious double room with a lovely large bed.

It’s a cosy home with great facilities.
