Covid-19 Statement
We have suitable rural self catering accommodation to allow key workers to both socially distance and get into the great outdoors.
We work with local suppliers to provide home cooked food deliveries as well as super market deliveries to your door.
We look forward to welcoming you all back here soon to breathe in the fresh air, walk the routes from the door, cycle the flat roads and listen to birdsong.
New for Autumn 2020
We are going to be launching our grand barn conversion which will sleep 8 in 4 ensuite bedrooms from November 2020. It is a sustainable timber frame barn with large fully equipped kitchen to allow large group dining. There will be a separate group dining facility open also. Please contact us for further details and bookings.

The Irishman's Cottage (Sleeps 2)

The Dovecote (Sleeps 4)
Set over three floors, The beautiful Dovecote has 2 ensuite bedrooms. The first floor has a ziplinked super-king/twin beds with shower room and the top floor with it's queen truss beamed ceiling has a king bed with ensuite bath with overhead shower. Click here for details and online booking.
The Hay Barn (Sleeps 6)
This open plan galleried oak framed barn has 3 en-suite bedrooms. The bedrooms are on the ground floor with two rooms which have ziplinked super-king/twin beds with shower room and the third a king bed with ensuite bath with overhead shower. Click here for details and online booking.
Being fully equipped to dine a group of 12 in the Hay Barn makes this an ideal venue for groups, whether couples, families or friends when making a group booking of more than one barn.
The Grand Barn (Sleeps 8) - Opening November 2020
A grand timber framed barn with skylight and mezzaine and large kitchen which faciltates cooking for a large group. 4 ensuite bedrooms on the first floor on the site of the original farm grain store. Once complete, group dining for up to 20 guests will be facilitated when taking a group booking of all 4 barns. Please contact us for further details on 01757249332.
York city centre a 20 minute drive, or a bus service runs directly from the barns 7 days, with a late night return on a Saturday night. Also located near the Park and Ride at the Designer Outlet.
A welcome basket of Yorkshire breakfast produce, homemade bread and wine or Prosecco is supplied.
