The cottage is a comfortable, stylish three bedroom detached barn conversion with its own garden and fruit trees. Situated a short drive along a quiet country lane, where you can take a walk along leafy lanes straight from your front door. Just 5 miles from York City centre.

Stylishly decorated kitchen/dining area and separate lounge. The cottage has three bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people. There is a ground floor bedroom arranged with either twin beds or king size, adjacent to shower/wet room. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with king size bed, the second bedroom has twin beds.  Upstairs family bathroom with slipper bath and shower. Complimentary wifi.

Bedlinen and towels provided.

It is just 15 minutes drive to the centre of York (regular bus service runs from the end of the lane) with easy access to the A64 and coast. Castle Howard is 20 minutes drive away. The cottage allows you to have the option of a city break or an escape to the county - the choice is yours.

Monks Cross shopping area is 5 minutes away with large Sainsburys and Asda superstores as well as Marks & Spencer, Next and John Lewis.
