A comfortable home from home presented to a very high standard, tastefully furnished and well equipped. Facilities include: conservatory/ breakfast room overlooking rear garden; fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/ freezer and microwave; sitting/ dining room with TV and video/ DVD; family bathroom with bath and shower; private and enclosed rear garden; full gas central heating; high chair, cot and safety gates available; off street parking for up to 2 vehicles; all linen provided including towels.
Situated in quiet residential road close to major transport links of A64, M1/A1 and Park & Ride; excellence bus service to York if required; close to supermarket; places to eat within walking distance.
Normal arrival times at 4pm or by negotiation - late arrivals can be accommodated.

By Road:EastboundFrom A64 take A1036 to York. At traffic lights go straight on. At next set of traffic lights turn left. At next lights get into left hand lane and turn left, go past Tesco and straight on at roundabout. Straight on at next traffic lights. Mayfield Grove approx. 100 metres on left after petrol station. Detailed direction to property from all routes sent to visitors.By Public Transport:A number of buses leave for Tadcaster Road directly opposite the station eg number 4, 13, 840, 842, 843, 845. Ask to alight at Dringhouses Church which is at the top of Mayfield Grove. The railway station is well serviced by taxis on a 24-hour basis.
