If you are driving and using satnav, the postcode is YO19 5UD. This will take you into the village. If you are coming from the A166, Holtby House is on the right hand side, opposite Rowan House. Look for pillars at the bottom of the drive. If you reach the church then you have gone three houses too far. If you are coming from Holtby Lane or through Warthill then we are the third house after the church on the left hand side. At the top of the drive you will see a parking area. Look to your left and you will see a walled garden with a black, arched wooden gate. Dashwood is accessed through the gate. If coming by bus, take the lane immediately by the bus stop, Panman Lane. At the end turn right on to Main Street and continue for about 50yards. Look for some pillars, just after The Bungalow. That’s the bottom of our drive.
