Cocoa Summer

About

Cocoa Summer is a first-floor two-bed (both ensuite) apartment serviced by a lift. Rated 9.5 by booking.com and 5* by AirBnB guests, this spacious apartment overlooks the River Foss and, like it's sister apartment, also has super-comfy beds and the same high-end spec throughout.

The apartment is situated in York's most historic industrial building, Rowntree Wharf, built in 1860 as Leetham Mill. The property is an elegant mix of cool and comfort with original 19th century brick-work. It's newly decorated and high-spec including Smart TV, free wi-fi, mordern quartz worktop kitchen with high-end appliances.

The apartment comes with a free, allocated and secure parking spot - no picking your way through fiddly side streets - it's on-site!
