A view of York Minster

About us

Set in one acre gardens overlooking open countryside, we are just 10 minutes from the centre of York. Home baked cake and tea is served on arrival. The 19th century bed and breakfast accommodation was originally part of the Walker family estate and has beamed ceilings, log fires and period furniture, but with all the modern facilities.

Two rooms have four poster beds and all rooms have 32 inch flat screen digital TVs with Freeview, full en-suite bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities and superb views. The property is ideally situated for York, North Yorks Moors and Coast. We offer huge breakfasts, ample private parking and a wealth of local information and books on the area.

Please note that earliest arrival is from 16:00
