Central location; 10 minute walk into the city centre which has a wide choice of bars/restaurants nearby. Perfect for exploring York! Ideal for groups of friends, families, and business guests. Sleeping upto 15 people, 3 bedrooms, 1 bunk bed room sleeping 3 people including adults. Master with Super Kingsize Bed and en-suite/TVDVD. Large end room with 2 double beds, large family bathroom. kitchen/diner, separate dining room and living room with 2 corner sofa beds+fold out and Wifi/DVD.

That bit extra, very spacious and comfy house with free allocated parking, ( Please contact me before booking if you require parking for more than one vehicle) cooking and laundry facilities. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and cooking facilities with dining table. Separate dining room and living space, giving plenty of room for large groups to mingle, and families to natter! Large Bedrooms with extra thick mattresses for a great nights sleep. The master bedroom room benefiting from a Super Kingsize bed, and en-suite shower room, also available for a soak is the larger family bathroom with separate bath.

Road Directions

Directions to find Ascot Mews Holiday Home - Huntington Road turn onto Park Grove then you need to go right to the end of Emerald Street, the house is facing you in a courtyard to the left. One large vehicle can park along the left wall upto the window. Additional parking is on the road and is free on Huntington Road just around the corner, you can unload baggage etc first (be aware of not blocking the neighbours car/exit).
