About us

Situated in a quiet side street - a few minutes walk from the busy city centre, Arnot House is ideal for those looking for a relaxed stay in traditional surrroundings...

Built in 1885, Arnot House Bed and Breakfast is a three storey Victorian town house with original architectural features, marble fireplaces and antiques. Our guest bedrooms are on the middle and top floor.

Large en suite rooms are furnished with brass beds, original paintings and antique furniture. All rooms have ensuite facilities as well as 32 inch wide digital TV/DVD, hairdryer and a hospitality tray with tea, fruit teas, coffee, hot chocolate, and a selection of biscuits. A number of other items are provided to make your stay more comfortable.

Sorry - we do not take children, pets or groups of people.

We have two house cats - Dribble (who is shy of guests  except when food is concerned) and Pickle who is very friendly and welcoming....

Arrival please before 7pm unless previously arranged
