This lovely Victorian guesthouse is situated in a quiet side street - a few minutes walk from the busy city centre. Arnot House retains many of its original features but has been sympathetically updated over the years to give guests the modern facilities required for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Spacious en-suite rooms are furnished with large brass beds, original paintings and antique furniture, a 32 inch wide digital TV/DVD, a hairdryer and a hospitality tray with tea, fruit teas, coffee, hot chocolate, and a selection of biscuits and snacks. A number of other items are provided to make your stay more comfortable.
Sorry - we do not take children, pets or groups of people.
We have two house cats - Dribble (who is shy of guests except when food is concerned) and Pickle who is very friendly and welcoming....
Arrival please before 7pm unless previously arranged
