The space

Spread out over 3 floors, with a large kitchen dining room, 2 double bedrooms  each with their own  bathroom/shower-room  and an amazing paneled living room  with leather sofa and smart TV.

Guest access

You will have access to the whole property - step through the front door on Micklegate, and step back in time, with a stone flagged hallway that leads to the wonderfully grand staircase, with the apartment door providing access on the 1st floor - explore and enjoy

Other things to note

This property is set over 3 floors with narrow staircases to navigate.
Micklegate is a busy vibrant street filled with bars and restaurants all situated inside the city walls. The house is fitted with secondary glazing so that you can enjoy the vibrant street but still get a good nights sleep.
