2 Mount Terrace

This is a cosy terraced house, spread out over 4 floors, with 3 bedrooms, and an outside seating area at the back.

Located in a quiet lane, less than 5 minute’s walk from the train station and close to the city centre, this house makes the ideal base to explore the city.

This is a charming Victorian terraced house in a quiet lane that runs between The Mount and Holgate Road.  Laid out over 3 floors, the house feels spacious and cosy at the same time, with plenty of room for you group to spread out.  The attic room is set up with the twin beds and ensuite shower room.  The first floor has the master double and family shower room, with the living room and a separate snug on the ground floor, which also provides access to the paved rear yard with outside seating.  The kitchen is in the basement, along with the other double bedroom.

The house has a wide hallway and stairs, retaining many of the original features, and is tastefully decorated and furnished.

You can walk to Micklegate in under 5 minutes, and from there you easily walk around the city centre.  There is a Sainsburys a few minutes walk from the house, along with a few good local pubs, and an Everyman Cinema if you fancy a night at a posh flicks!
