About Us

I have spent over 25 years within the Tourism, Events & sector working with a variety of companies including many restaurants and bars, hotels and venues, airports and DMO’S. I help them to become more confident and efficient in sales and social media, to achieve better results and greater profits.

I believe that ‘People Buy People’ which is why I named my company this and I believe that Social Media is your online shop window to the world and should be treated as such. The time I have spent specialising within this sector has given me many insights and tried and tested ideas and techniques on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. I have researched the content that delivers the best results for the sector and now assist companies to implement content strategies or I give them the tools and training to do this themselves.

My sales experience includes time spent at Visit Britain, Leeds Bradford Airport and 11 years with Marriott Hotels. I set up and managed the Marriott Cluster Event sales office, as well as training & helping to write the SOP’s nationwide. I also spent time in proactive sales roles before I started my own business. I love the industry because it is built on making people smile!!

My core services are social media mentoring & training, audits, content planning & social media management. Sales training & mentoring in topics such as Linkedin, hybrid events, consultative selling & enquiry handling. Specialising in helping companies within the events, hospitality & tourism industry.
