Visit York Tourism Awards 2018 │ Showcasing York's Tourism Industry

Visit York Tourism Awards 2018 - Mystery shopping (#VYTA18)

This year we are working with our Visit York member and local Regional Director, Ian Sadler from Shopper Anonymous to carry out the valuable mystery shopping for the awards.

Shopper Anonymous is one of the UK's leading Customer Intelligence organisations in the UK who work within the tourism sector and carryout thousands of high quality mystery shops every month.

As part of the process applicants will have the opportunity to meet with Ian and after the awards ceremony will be offered a review meeting to go through the completed report on your business.

Mystery shopping will take place in April 2018.

Please note: Shortlisted businesses must agree to waive all costs associated with the mystery shopper process.

The winners will be announced at a glittering black tie event on Thursday 21 June at the National Railway Museum.
