Shop, eat and socialise longer with later Park & Rides every day
Whether you're sight-seeing, shopping, eating, socialising or working in the city centre, you can do it for longer in 2019 with our new evening services, detailed below.
- Rawcliffe Bar (No.2) – Last bus leaves city centre (Museum Street) at 22:45 every day. Evening services will stop at all stops along the route.
- Askham Bar (No.3) – Last bus leaves city centre (Tower Street) at 22:35 every day. Evening services will stop at all stops along the route.
- Designer Outlet (No.7) – Last bus leaves city centre (Clifford Street) at 22:34 and York Railway Station at 22:41 every day. Evening services will continue to stop at all stops along the route.
- Monks Cross (No. 9) – Last bus leaves city centre at 21:37 (Rougier Street) every day except Sunday (when the last bus leaves Rougier Street at 18:05).
This means you can park all day for the low price of a Park & Ride ticket, with Adult return tickets for just £3.60, including up to three children under 16.

Enjoy a relaxing dinner at one of York’s award-winning city centre restaurants. The Star Inn the City is just a short walk from Museum Street or Rougier Street.

Take an evening class
Take an evening cookery course at the brand new Cookery School at The Grand, York - nearest stops are Rougier Street (park at Monks Cross), or if you need to stay later, York Railway Station for the Number 7 to the Designer Outlet.

An evening on the big screen
Watch a blockbuster or arthouse movie at City Screen (nearest bus stop is Museum Street for Rawcliffe Bar P&R)

Take an evening river cruise
Explore York from the water, with a City Cruises York Early Evening Cruise – a one hour river trip which sails from King’s Staith Landing at 7.30pm daily. Nearest bus stop is Clifford Street, park at the Designer Outlet.
