Hands-on Indian Cookery Team Building Classes

HANDS ON INDIAN COOKERY CLASSES (Bespoke Team Building Workshops)

Should you consider an Indian cooking class for team building?

Cooking food is one of the very few activities which evokes all our 5 senses. Sharmini's Psychology and NLP qualifications coupled with her wide culinary repertoire has enabled her to conduct several group events focusing on Team building, Mental Health and Mindfulness. Her team building cookery class blends together the concepts of team building with the mindfulness and creativity of cooking to help employees reach their individual and collective potential.

Reviews from previous workshops:

Good level of knowledge pitched at the right level. Your knowledge is fabulous.Yorkshire waters

Great-something new and different. Very enjoyable cooking our lunch together by working as a team. ASDA

We enjoyed the introduction on how to be in a win-win situation, learning to cook Indian food, learning new combinations of spices, getting to know the rest of the team and mixing as a team. This is one of the best team building workshops we have attended and we have prepared some of the dishes at home too. NMSI team

 What to expect?

Sharmini Thomas will proficiently guide you through the session where you will learn that the magic of Indian cooking lies in the combination of choice ingredients, their proportions and the method of cooking.

With expert guidance and tutor demonstration, you’ll learn the sequence of steps that contribute to the perfect colour, consistency, aroma and flavour for each dish using easy to follow recipes that can easily be replicated in the comfort of your home.

By the end of the session you should be able to:

Confidently prepare and cook a variety of simple Indian dishes

Identify the common spices used in cooking Indian food

Understand the method and techniques of preparing each dish

Other options are available too, to suit dietary requirements or food allergies.
