About us

Ainsty Ales Brewery is a small locally-run craft-brewery to the south-west of York. The brewery is located in and gains its inspiration from the old “York Ainsty” area, an ancient once self-governing wapentake to the west of York. We pride ourselves on producing the finest ales using original ingredients brewed as originally intended by our dedicated team.

We produce ales in cask, bottle and very soon keg and mini-keg. You can find them around the Yorkshire area in pubs, local supermarkets, sports-clubs and hotels.

Ainsty Ales also caters for weddings and private parties. We have our own fully functional bar (6 ft.) complete with everything needed to dispense our ales, this can come with or without our branded gazebo.

We hope you like our ales and if you’d like to come and visit us please get in touch ….. There’s always something to do in the brewhouse!
