FREE WALKING TOUR- A TREAT FOR DAD ON FATHERS' DAY
Are you looking for something different to do on Fathers' Day? Take
an alternative historic walking tour of York. Discover York's beer &
pub heritage, and much more, by taking this unique guided walk
through the city centre. York has a reputation for having a pub for
everyday of the year. Find out about some of the oldest. Each walk
covers the history of at least 12 pubs as well as the centuries of
events, people (and spirits) associated with them. The guide is an
experienced volunteer city guide. Walks start from Minstergate YO1
7LG at the junction of College Street and Goodramgate. Tours last for
approx. 2 hours and have an optional refreshment stop, subject to
suitable space being available.
