Get a taste of learning and upskilling your sugar boiling skills. You will get to learn all four classic confections and add a stamp it with your own style. This masterclass is one of the staff’s favourite. You will gain knowledge in traditional confectionary as well as a spending a glorious morning with guaranteed sweetness.We can cater for gluten free, nut free and dairy free diets. If you have any requirements or allergies, please let our team know prior to your visit so we can ensure you have suitable alternatives.Chocolate Master Class Program Our Chocolate Master Class Series covers a whole range of techniques to enable any chocolate lover to fully master and understand how to work with our favourite food. This series of classes can be taken on their own as individual classes or can be taken as your own series.This workshop is part of our Chocolate Masterclass program, it can be enjoyed on its own or as part of a series of classes. Previous knowledge will not be necessary so it's a perfect introduction to the mechanics of working with chocolate, especially for any for any cake maker that wants to understand more about how chocolate works. During the workshop you will: - Learn the techniques of sugar boiling to achieve your sweet confections- Work with tempered chocolate to enrobe your indulgent treats.- Beautifully wrap and package your creations to take home.What do you take away with you? Each participant will take home roughly 400g of your own chocolate as well as the recipes and technical worksheets to be able to make your own and perfect your skills at home.Who is it suitable for?
