At our summer barbecue, you’ll get to experience the ultimate cut of premium beef as we barbecue the world-famous Galician blond Tomahawk ‘Txuleton’ steak alongside locally grown perennial favourites, padron peppers. There’ll be plenty on hand to eat (and drink!) as we rustle up some showstopping sides that perfectly accompany our flamed grilled food.
