Black Pudding, Apple and Sage Scotch Egg Piccalilli of Vegetables Celebrating the very best of this long-time British favourite, turn your hand at crafting a flavoursome pub classic. Great for casual picnic nibbling, and just as good when dressed up as a dinner party starter - that is, if you don't polish them off yourself before everyone else arrives! Our express classes provide two hours of learning and development as you master a dish from the menu, before sitting down to enjoy it with a glass of wine or soft drink. Tea and Coffee breaks are provided throughout the session with tasty treats alongside.
