Yorkshire Beer Battered Cod, Mushy Peas, Triple Cooked Chips, Tartare Sauce Lime Leaf Panna Cotta with Pineapple Chilli Salsa Become an expert in the nation's favourite dish in our Fish and Chips half day course. Our Chef Tutor will guide you through as you prepare the lightest Yorkshire beer batter, proper Northern mushy peas and homemade triple cooked chips. Our Chef Tutor will demonstrate and serve a delicate lime leaf panna cotta with pineapple and chilli salsa. Our half day classes last three hours and will give you the opportunity to create one dish from the menu, and enjoy a demonstration of an additional dish by the chef tutor before sitting down to enjoy them both with a glass of wine.
