About
Stillingfleet Lodge Garden opens twice a year as part of the National Garden Scheme. In September many of the plants are in full bloom with the herbaceous borders looking stunning. Some of the leaves are just beginning to turn, so there will be an autumn tint. September is also a good time to see many of the butterflies, making the most of the late summer food sources. Regular admission prices apply. There is no need to pre-book.
The National Garden Scheme is a registered charity which opens gardens of quality, character and interest to the public. Since 1927 they have raised funds to support nursing and caring charities, and over £25 million in the last 10 years.
