About

Organic gardening expert, Tony Chalcraft, returns to Stillingfleet Lodge Garden for this half-day course aimed at people with some experience of growing vegetables who want to grow their vegetables more sustainably and extend the growing season in our more northern climate.

This workshop will look at all the main vegetable crops plus some of the more unusual ones focussing on techniques for maximising harvests and avoiding problems. The session will also include a look at timings – that is what to do when and how to extend the growing season. If you have grown vegetables for some years and have a grasp of the basics but want to get to grow more and better crops, this is the course for you.

Learn to get the most from your vegetable garden, whatever the size, and have fresh vegetables throughout the year.
