This class will put you on track to mastering the techniques required to create a full Indian feast, fit for a range of events from a solo dinner in front of the tv to a night of entertaining friends and family. Our full day classes provide six hours of learning and development, as you prepare two dishes and enjoy an interactive demonstration of the third before sitting down to enjoy them with a glass of wine.
