Making Tracks has brought world class musicians from all corners of the globe to NCEM, and a network of leading UK venues, since 2010. Re-launched in 2019, the project selects exceptional young world music professionals, bringing them together for a two-week residency and national tour designed to reach across social, cultural and geographical divides, and to foster a deeper appreciation of musical and cultural diversity.
This autumn, Making Tracks will return to York with another incredible line-up of eight musicians, performing as soloists and collaboratively.
