Open Saturday - Wednesday, 12 noon - 4pm, no booking required.
Returning once more is the season of garlands, twinkling lights and decorations around the historic house.
The tours are on pause and visitors can free flow through the rooms, soaking in the atmosphere, the art and furniture and the spaces themselves. The garden will host a Christmas tree and with the Minster bells, it's the perfect place to get into the festive spirit and meet family and friends. Rooms have different themes, sharing a further aspect of the story of Frank Green who created his version of a historic house in the centre of York. For younger visitors, spot the gingerbread characters as you explore.
Free entry to National Trust members and under fives or Normal admission prices apply. Plan your visit to Treasurer's House here.
