About
Experience a unique Christmas at the Yorkshire Air Museum. Learn about wartime Christmases at RAF Elvington - enjoy the atmosphere of the French Officer's Mess laid out for Christmas dinner. Learn the story of 'The man who fell from the sky' - a wartime airman who had a Christmas Eve unlike any other. Enjoy some seasonal fayre in Café 77 - including Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. Best of all, come aboard 'Santa Airlines', our grotto in the Dakota paratrooper aircraft (running on weekends through December).
There's also the Wishing Tree in the chapel, where you can leave a message for loved ones or share your hopes for 2024, and the chance to pick up some special Christmas gifts in the Museum shop. Christmas is really taking off at the Yorkshire Air Museum!
