Chocolate Dessert Making Masterclass

There is no better way to impress dinner guests than being able to make a gorgeous dessert, chocolate will certainly achieve that wow factor! We’ll show you how to create our favourite Salted Caramel Chocolate Truffle Cake with a range of chocolate making techniques that you will be able to use to create your own perfect, stunning chocolate dessert.

During the workshop you will:

• Participants will learn how work with chocolate's properties to create a range of different techniques, combining ingredients to create different effects with sugar, cream, lots of flavours and chocolate that they will be able to apply to make their own gorgeous chocolate dessert.
• Learn basic sugar boiling techniques to be able to make caramel
• Learn how to combine chocolate with different ingredients to create different effects
• You will work with tempered chocolates to make some simple, but gorgeous decorations to adorn your dessert centrepiece
• You will beautifully wrap your desserts to take home and enjoy
• Go home with recipes and your newly found chocolate knowledge

What you will take home with you

you will go home with 1 large, decorated chocolate dessert or several smaller portioned desserts as well as the recipes and technical worksheets to be able to make your own and perfect your skills at home.
