When booking 'exclusive use' of the whole site, The Grand Barn kitchen is fully equipped to cater for a group of 22 guests who can then all dine together around one table in the Long Hall venue.

Exclusive use includes all 4 five-star barns, Long Hall celebration venue, Games Room (pool and darts board) and large grass paddock for outdoor games.

This makes this an ideal venue for groups, whether couples, families or friends getting together and for celebrations in the Long Hall.

The Grand Barn (Sleeps 8+2)

A brand new conversion which sleeps 8 in 4 ensuite bedrooms. It is another sustainable barn with huge fully equipped kitchen to allow large group dining preparation for the whole site and larger group dining in the Long Hall.

The +2 in occupancy below refers to the ability to rent an additional room 'The Sack Store' and add it to your booking of any of the larger barns to increase occupancy by 2 in a king bed with small ensuite.

The Irishman's Cottage (Sleeps 2)

The Dovecote (Sleeps 4+Cot)

Set over three floors, The beautiful Dovecote has 2 ensuite bedrooms. The first floor has a ziplinked super-king/twin beds with shower room and the top floor with it's queen truss beamed ceiling has a king bed with ensuite bath with overhead shower. Click here for details and online booking.

The Hay Barn (Sleeps 6+Cot)

This open plan galleried oak framed barn has 3 en-suite bedrooms. The bedrooms are on the ground floor with two rooms which have zip-linked super-king/twin beds with shower room and the third a king bed with ensuite bath with overhead shower. Click here for details and online booking.

York city centre a 20 minute drive, or a bus service runs directly from the barns, with a late night return on a Saturday night. Also located near the Park and Ride at the Designer Outlet.

A welcome basket for each barn of Yorkshire breakfast produce, homemade bread, Prosecco, wine or juice is supplied.
