Within easy reach of the Historic City of York, Ilkley, Leeds, Otley and & the Yorkshire Dales and everything they have to offer.

Fully equipped kitchen ( no dishwasher). open plan with a cosy living/dining room which features a York stone fireplace with cast iron, log effect burner. TV, DVD, films, books & games. The ground floor bedroom is a king size with a large shower room next door, upstairs is a gorgeous galleried double room with ensuite bathroom.

Rossmoor Cottage has its own walled patio area with table & chairs. Adjacent to the cottage is a gated garden area, shared with Bramble Cottage, with seating, a swing, slide & climbing frame combo, swing ball and plenty of space for ball games and children to play Children of all ages are welcome - we have a travel cot, high chair & stairgate available free of charge, request on booking.

Z bed available for child (charge applies to cover linen & towels). Downstairs king size can be split to 2 small singles on request at time of booking. No Smoking Boot washing facilities are provided and a bike storage area is available on request. Parking is directly outside the cottage & patio area.
