Step into 660 years of history by discovering one of York's hidden gems - the stunning timber framed Hall which is the home to the Company of Merchant Adventurers since 1357.
Meet York's original business pioneers who risked their fortunes in global trade - shaping the city from the medieval wool trade to railways, chocolate and our leading universities.
Also enjoy a locally roasted coffee, home made cakes, delicious meals and snacks six days a week in the Merchants' Coffee House - open to all.
Admission charges apply, no advance booking is required:
Adult: £7.50
Concession (Student or Senior over 65): £6.50
Child (16 or under): FREE with a full paying adult
