At Melk, we serve artisan coffee and luxury hot chocolates. Our cakes are baked in-house daily and include a selection of fudgey brownies and blondies, chewy cookies, loaf cakes, tarts and other indulgent treats.

We are based across two central locations in York. Our dessert café at Spark offers freshly baked waffles, warm cookie dough and brownies topped with ice cream, as well as daily bakes. Our Clifford Street café serves all-day breakfast and brunch, daily specials, and a large selection on the cake counter.

On our website, we offer celebration cakes, postal brownie and cookie boxes, our own hot chocolate flakes and marshmallows, as well as seasonal gift boxes, like our current festive range. We also supply local cafés with wholesale cakes and offer catering for special events.”
