A taste of the wild in the City
Forage are a neighbourhood restaurant, turned late-night bar in the beating heart of York, moments from the cobbled streets of Stonegate and just a few streets from the historic Shambles. We serve contemporary fusion cuisine cooked over fire. We use locally sourced and foraged ingredients to add exciting, fresh, and eco-friendly flavours to our menus.
There’s nothing quite like catching up with friends, so our menus are built around social food: simple, flavour-packed dishes designed for grazing. We cook quality seasonal ingredients and serve them with well-crafted drinks.
