The Mill has three very comfortable bedrooms, all that can be set either as super king or twin beds, perfect if you are planning a family holiday. The cottage has been beautifully finished with your comfort in mind, a fully fitted kitchen provides everything you need, coupled with a comfortable sitting area for those nights where you just want to relax.

With a spacious downstairs bedroom which is ideally suited to those with mobility issues. All the doors on all of our properties are wide enough for wheelchair users. There is a wonderful walk in rainfall shower room too with seat. Grab handles are available at request.

There is a private outside area for entertaining with space to eat and a BBQ for your use.

The surrounding area is beautiful and yet you are so very close to York, only minutes drive away to the city centre and yet you are settled in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. The perfect family escape.

The Farm has been owned by the family for over 30 years and is set in 34 acres of grassland pasture where Guys parents run a private livery yard.
Our wish is that guest can enjoy the delights of the countryside but also be within easy reach of the historic City of York, which boasts a variety of shops, restaurants and attractions.

Clifton moor retail park is a short drive away(1.5miles). Hear there are restaurants, cinema, bowling, supermarket and a good selection of shops.

The Reliance bus service a short walk from the farm gate, can take you directly into the city centre or alternatively out into the picturesque Howardian hills stopping at the beautiful market towns of Easingwold and Thirsk.

We can also recommend day trips to the amazing Yorkshire cost with its beautiful fishing villages and long sandy beaches. There are also plenty of local attractions such as the stately homes of

Beningbrough hall, Newburgh priory and Castle Howard or you can stay in the City and Visit the York Dungeons, Castle Museum, Jorvic Centre or the Magnificent York Minster and lots more!
