All guests are greeted with freshly baked cake and everything needed to make a good cuppa. If you are bringing little ones we have a high chair, cot and a variety of games and books available on request.
We always make sure we supply the basics (having ourselves been frustrated by no dishwashing liquid or bin bags at rentals). We have USB charging ports in every room as well as cleaning equipment, store cupboard basics and the bathroom has soap, shower gel and shampoo. We try to take any of the stress out of your stay so you can focus on enjoying the house and magnificent York!

Bike Storage
If you are bringing your bikes we have a private secure court yard where you can store them.
Parking
We have a deal with a private car park a 2 minute walk away, it costs just £7.50 per day.
