This Easter, the peasants are taking the power at The York Dungeon.

Make your way to the Mickelgate Bar in 1537, the most important gateway to our city of York which is also the gateway for those protestants trying to make their way into our City.

We find ourselves in a religious upheaval. The crown is destroying our monasteries, upping taxes, and now we have a protestant queen on the throne…Anne Boleyn.

You will be amongst those tortured for treason against King Henry VIII…will you find yourself the traitor amongst the masses and face the Halifax Gibbet?

Face your consequences at the York Dungeon…if you dare!
