This Eshop is managed and operated by Visit York.

The terms and conditions set out below constitute the agreement between you and Visit York, governing your use of this Eshop and the promotion of products and services through the Eshop. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions, please take the time to read them. You will not be allowed to purchase any products through Eshop unless you have confirmed that you have read these.

You undertake to us, that the details you give to us while using the Eshop are correct - in particular that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product and/or service. Payment will be taken up front for the services offered and if payment fails then products will not be despatched until alternative payment has been made.

It is your responsibility to check whether an event performance or activity has been cancelled or rescheduled. Visit York will use reasonable efforts to contact you in the event of cancellation but will not be held responsible for any cancellation, postponement or change of schedule.

It may be that your prospective contract is governed by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Should that be the case we need to supply you with the following information;
- The name and address of the supplier
- The goods or services you are purchasing
- The price of the goods or services
- Any delivery costs
- At which time payment will be taken
- Delivery timescale

All of this information is available on the booking screens and it is your responsibility to print this information as you are booking the products/services.
