Delivery terms and Conditions

1. Delivery Conditions

Delivery will be calculated according to weight at the time of booking. This price is displayed on the booking screen.

Please check your delivery details are correct, as once you have placed your order we are unable to amend the order delivery details once they are confirmed.

2. Delivery Schedule

Goods will be delivered within 28 days. If you have not received your order after this time, please contact us with your order number.

3. Back orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

4. Despatch Policy

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

5. Tax charges

Please be aware that all prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable

6. Please note an email address is required for checkout. If you do not have an email address, please telephone the Visitor Information Centre and one of the operators will be happy to take your order over the telephone.
