Holgate Windmill in spring

Holgate Windmill is a fully restored and working 18th-century corn mill. Visitors can explore four floors and when wind permits see the sails turning and operating the machinery inside the building.

The mill produces stoneground wholemeal flour for sale.

Access to all floors by fixed ladders with handrails.

In 2016 the mill is open to the public on one weekend in February, at Easter, then on Saturday and Sunday on one or two weekends per month from April to October; also on some bank holidays.
