Bootham Aspire - Bootham Row, YO30 7BT

A stylish state of the art apartment with luxury fittings including granite worktops & walk in showers. With two double bedrooms & two bathrooms the apartment can be arranged as two doubles or one double and one twin. It sleeps four guests. We can also provide a cot in addition for small children.

Our apartment is situated in the exclusive area of Bootham, just a short walk from the city's bustling centre. There is a stunning view of York Minster from the large floor to ceiling window in the apartment.

The apartment has a wide screen TV, DVD & music player. You also have use of Wireless Internet.

There is a public car park adjacent to the apartment.

Our Bootham Court apartment is situated in the exclusive area of Bootham, just a short walk from the city's bustling centre. The area is probably the finest part of York's central area with its elegant buildings & public schools.

The apartment is a duplex with two bedrooms & two bathrooms. It is suitable for up to four guests and has a bedroom and bathroom on each of its floors. The living area contains a kitchen, seating and dining area.

The apartment has one parking space that can be pre booked at £5 per day. In addition there is a large public car park at the bottom of the street just a short walk away.
