• This room is at the side of the house on the first floor with its own private bathroom just along the corridor on the half landing. It is light and airy with twin beds offering comfort and cosiness, bathrobes are provided for your convenience. The room includes WiFi access (subject to range), TV, clock radio, hospitality tray, hairdryer, toiletries, towels and electric shaver power point.
  
  At the prices quoted we require a minimum booking of two nights when your stay includes a Friday or Saturday night. We will consider a single night stay on a Friday or Saturday night subject to availability however there will be a supplement charged. Lower rates are available for single occupancy, mid week and weekly bookings.

• This room is at the front of the house on the first floor and the only regular shaped room. It has a compact ensuite. The room includes WiFi access (subject to range), TV, clock radio, hospitality tray, hairdryer, toiletries, towels and electric shaver power point.

  This room is at the rear of the house on the first floor and is widely regarded as our ‘deluxe’ room, it is a lovely room with a large walk in en suite. It still has some of the original features of the house on display. The room includes WiFi access (subject to range), TV, clock radio, hospitality tray, hairdryer, toiletries, towels and electric shaver power point.
  
  At the prices quoted we require a minimum booking of two nights when your stay includes a Friday or Saturday night. We will consider a single night stay on a Friday or Saturday night subject to availability however there will be a supplement charged. room 4 Details

• Flexible room sleeps 2+1
• This room is at the front of the house on the second floor with views across the roof tops to the Minster. You will have to visit us in winter though to see it when all the leaves have fallen from the trees. This is our largest room and can be used as a family room. The room has a double bed and a single fold out bed if required. It has a large ensuite, is spacious and homely but still with its original fire place and roof beam in place. The room includes WiFi access (subject to range), TV, clock radio, hospitality tray, hairdryer, toiletries, towels, heated towel rail and electric shaver power point. Cot available on request.
  
  At the prices quoted we require a minimum booking of two nights when your stay includes a Friday or Saturday night. We will consider a single night stay on a Friday or Saturday night subject to availability however there will be a supplement charged.

• This room is at the back of the house on the second floor, it is a good size but has a restricted height because of the sloping ceiling and the original roof beam is still in place. This room is cosy, full of character and has a large ensuite. The room includes WiFi access (subject to range), TV, clock radio, hospitality tray, hairdryer, toiletries, towels and electric shaver power point.
