Centre York Cottages are two delightful period properties which are most ideally situated in the heart of the historic city in a quiet, attractive residential area, five minutes' walk from York's city centre with its many attractions, shops, restaurants, tea-rooms, theatres, art galleries etc.

A parking permit is provided for each of the cottages which entitles visitors to unrestricted parking during the full duration of their stay. This is an important consideration as parking in York can often prove to be very difficult and expensive.

Centre York Cottages have been thoughtfully furnished and decorated to a very high standard and have full central heating. These "home from home" cottages are equipped with every essential for your holiday including bed-linen, towels and tea-towels. The lounge in each of the cottages has a three-piece suite, flat-screen colour television, coffee table and payphone. There is a private walled yard to the rear of each cottage. Gas and Electricity are charged at cost by meter readings. In order to maintain high standards of cleanliness the cottages are thoroughly serviced and inspected by the owners after each stay.

Buckingham Cottage (YO1 6DW) has two bedrooms which can accommodate five people (one double and one twin-bedded room). The twin room has space for a folding bed and cot which can be provided if required. The tiled bathroom includes a shower over the bath and a shaver point. The kitchen/dining room has fitted units, cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, automatic washing machine, tumble-dryer, microwave, ironing facilities, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils.

Hampden Cottage (YO1 6EA) has three bedrooms which can accommodate six people (one double, one single and one twin-bedded room). The twin room has space for a folding bed and cot which can be provided if required. The tiled bathroom includes a shower over the bath and a shaver point. The kitchen has fitted units, cooker, microwave, fridge, automatic washing machine, tumble-dryer, ironing facilities, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils. The dining-room is separate from the kitchen.
