Situated in close proximity to cash point, bakers, newsagents, butchers, delicatessen and late food stores. The historic St Peter's School, a lovely park, York Theatre Royal, public houses, restaurants, takeaways and riverside walks are all nearby.

A comfortable, well equipped 2 bed roomed Victorian terrace house close to York's ancient centre and only 10 minutes walk from York Minster. Sleeps 2 to 4. On street parking permit included in the rental. Sainsbury's supermarket is just 5 minutes walk away.

Accommodation includes dining room, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. Pleasant walled courtyard to rear of property. Children and babies welcome. Please note there is no satellite TV in this unit.
