This end terrace town house is located in a small private development within sight of the city walls. The house has two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin and is well equipped throughout.
There is a dedicated private parking space directly to the back of the house.

Sainsbury’s supermarket is located within 5 minutes’ walk of the house.

If you want to enjoy York this is the place to be, don't get stuck in the traffic or worry about parking, from Cloisters Walk you can walk everywhere!

For Cloisters Walk:
Leave the A64 at the roundabout with the A1237 and at the next roundabout take the exit for the A1036 (Malton Road). Continue until you reach the roundabout with the inner ring road (you will see the Brigadier Gerard Public House on the corner) and take the first exit and move into the right hand lane. Follow the road around the corner, passing the exits for the supermarket and take the first exit to the right (do not follow the main road when it turns to the left) onto St Maurice's Road. Cloisters Walk is the next road on your right.

For Foss House:
Foss House is located on the corner of Lowther Street and Huntington Road. Leaving the City Centre take the A1036 (Monkgate) and at the roundabout with Foss Bank take the first exit onto Huntington Road, take an immediate left turn onto Park Crescent. At the top of the road take a right and right again onto Lowther Street. Parking is situated to the left hand side of the flat.
