A chance to take in racing at York in the Spring, perhaps as the start of a Bank Holiday break in the city.

The first Saturday of the York season will welcome back families, with accompanied under 16’s being admitted free of charge (as they are all year in fact.) This spring Saturday at York always offers a great atmosphere as people enjoy the award winning facilities and take in the exciting action on the course.

The Stowe Family Law LLP Grand Cup, is a Listed race, which means it will be won by a horse of real quality; last year’s winner, Cavalryman, also has a Group One on his CV.

The course is 1 mile from York Railway Station and a First Bus Raceday Shuttle runs every 20 minutes.
