York Theatre Royal moves in

During York Theatre Royal’s redevelopment they have taken up residence at the National Railway Museum.

York Theatre Royal Collaboration

The unique partnership between the museum and York Theatre Royal brings the story of railways alive in dramatic new ways with the award winning production of The Railway Children taking centre stage in the summer holidays. York’s very own pantomime dame, Berwick Kaler will return over Christmas to entertain audiences in Dick Whittington (and his Meerkat) and as part of The Flying Scotsman Season in 2016 we’re working on a spectacular theatrical production which will explore the nature of the publics’ fondness towards the ‘Most famous locomotive in the world’.
