The Ice Factor, York's award-winning real ice rink, brings the Christmas magic back this season in its brand new location at York Designer Outlet.

Conveniently located on the A64/A19 interchange, The Ice Factor is better than ever with a 50% bigger outdoor rink, over 300 pairs of new skates and a bigger skate hire marquee for more customer comfort. The ice rink will be turned into a Winter Wonderland village square, surrounded by log cabins, an illuminated forest with reindeer, and a giant Christmas tree in the centre of the rink.

With a public viewing area, heated skate hire marquee and the heated Ice Bar & Café for rinkside spectator comfort, the fun doesn't stop there. The Ice Factor at York Designer Outlet offers free parking and with over 120 shops offering up to 60% discount right next door. Why go anywhere else this Christmas?

Situated right beside the ice rink, the glass-fronted, heated Ice Bar & Café is the ideal spot for those who don't wish to skate but want to watch the fun outside. And if you've been for a skate it's the perfect place to warm up or cool down (depending on how energetic you've been!).

The Ice Bar and Café, open from 9:30am til late daily, offers a selection of hot and cold food using locally sourced produce, and a large choice of wines, spirits, beers, soft drinks and winter warmers such as mulled wine, Sloe Gin or hot chocolate with marshmallows and whipped cream!

Groups 20+ £1 off per ticket (Tickets must be booked as a group but can be a combination of adults and children to receive this discount).

York Resident £2.00 off per ticket (Price applies to weekday sessions only, up to and including 4.45pm session from Monday 26th November to Friday 14th December. Tickets can only be bought on site when presenting your York Card).
